The Student Billing & Financial Aid Service Counter is your 1-stop-shop for everything related to your tuition, bills, and financial aid. 

We provide services to current and prospective students and families in a variety of ways.

• Paying Tuition:
  - Cash or Check is accepted at the Service Counter. Students may bring in their Credit Cards and pay through their eSIS account on our office's secure computer at any time. 
  
• Scholarships:
  -Students may bring in all outside scholarships to the service counter or have them mailed in.  We can then apply them directly to the student's account.
  
• Financial Aid:
  -If you are having any trouble accepting or understanding your financial aid, you can definitely stop by the service counter.  We can also help make sure you receive your financial aid and private loans by verifying that you have done all required tasks for that aid and/or loans to be disbursed. 
  
• Refunds:
  -If you are having trouble signing up for Direct Deposit or receiving your refund, we can look into your account to see exactly what is going on, as well as assist you with any issues you have in the Direct Deposit signing up process.
  
• 1098-T:
  -Although we cannot assist with filing your taxes, we can help you to understand exactly what information our 1098-T provides.

The Service Counter is located in 315 North Hall.
We are open from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., but only accept payments for same day posting until 3:30 p.m.
