Licensing of UWRF Registered Marks
To establish local policy and procedures for all usage of our university registered marks and to insure consistency regarding the collection of royalties.
The UW-River Falls Chancellor issues this policy in accordance with the Administrative Policy process.
The ACBF is responsible for the administration of this policy. Request an exception to this policy by writing to email@example.com.
Failure to adhere to the provisions of this policy may result in appropriate disciplinary action as provided under existing procedures applicable to students, faculty, and staff, and/or civil or criminal prosecution.
Office of the Assistant Chancellor for Business and Finance (Licensing Manager)
Department Chairs and Unit Directors are responsible for on-going adherence to the policy and to insure that all faculty, staff, students, and constituents abide by the policy.
No previous policy regarding licensing of registered marks.
Past Practice has been self-licensed and contracting with outside vendors since 1991.
