Wednesday Feb.8th: Hugo Chavez Show, discussant TBA
(This film chronicles Chavez's ascent to power and his efforts to use the powers of the presidency to stay in that position.)

Wednesday Feb.29th: Made in China, Brent Greene
(Tells one of the millions of stories of migrants from the rural China who comprise the backbone of the Chinese economic miracle.)

Wednesday March 28th: Slums and Money, discussant TBA
(The film features experts who explore the roles of urbanization and poverty in the debate over globalization and market regulation.)

Wednesday April 18th: Darfur: On Our Watch, discussant: Jacqueline Brux
(This film explores the brutal campaign - supported by the Sudanese government - against civilians in Darfur and asks why the United Nations and its members failed to stop the slaughter.)
