Admission

Students who are currently enrolled in programs at UW-River Falls which lead to an initial (first) teaching license are required, by state licensing regulations, to be reviewed prior to enrolling in upper level teacher education courses.  Courses which have a prerequisite of Admission to Teacher Education require that you have completed the Admission process.

If you are not a currently enrolled student but are interested in attending UW-River Falls please contact our Admissions Office for more information 715-425-3500.

Please review the application for your program for admission requirements and due dates.

The following programs are exempt from this process:

Alternative Education 
Counselor Education
Principal Licensing
Reading Teachers / Specialists
School Psychology
Speech and Language Pathology

The agricultural education program has its own admission process which can be reviewed here.
