Career self assessments assist individuals with identifying how their personality, skills, values and interests may best match specific majors or career paths.

Administered by appointment

UWRF Career Counselors are available by appointment to administer the below self assessments.

Career Liftoff: Identifies your strongest interests and relates those to a wide array of potential careers.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI): Clarifies your personality traits to assist you in identifying careers and majors that may best fit you.

Interpreting results

Upon completing your self assessment, Career Counselors will assist with interpreting and relating the results of your assessments to potential career or major options.


To supplement your appointment, for the MBTI assessment, extensive material is available online for reviewing the Portrait of your results, potential Careers, how your portrait relates to Relationships, and recommended areas for Personal Growth based on your portrait.
