Some classrooms on campus have interactive classroom technology including interactive whiteboards (SMART Boards) and interactive computer monitors (SMART Podiums / Sympoidums). To identify if your room has this technology, view a list of all technology enhanced classrooms (TECs).
The University has purchased a number of interactive whiteboards by SMART technologies. The purchase of these interactive whiteboards allows UWRF faculty, students, and staff with access to download and install the SMART Notebook software on their own personal computer.

To interact with, or annotate on, a SMART Board or SMART Podium requires that the SMART Notebook software is running on a computer connected through a USB cable.
