Daytime Delivery -
Requests submitted during the day Monday-Friday before 3:00pm will be delivered  by UC staff. Order will include enough food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Evening Delivery-
Requests submitted Monday-Friday between 3:00-6:00pm, will be delivered by your residence hall staff during Riverside Commons hours of operation. If the request is received after 6:00pm, delivery will be made the following morning.  Order will include enough food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Weekend or Holiday Delivery-
Requests submitted on weekends or holidays will be delivered by your residence hall staff during Riverside Commons hours of operation. If the request is received after 6:00pm, delivery will be made the following morning.  Order will include enough food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 

Each box comes with napkins, silverware, 2 paper hot drink cups, 2 8-ounce disposable bowls, and packets of sugar.

UWRF resident students who suspect they may have the flu are asked to follow Residence Life Guidelines pertaining to influenza-like symptoms.

Those who are sick are asked not to risk infecting others. Please self isolate and remain so until you have been symptom free (without fever–reducing meds) for a minimum of 24 hours. Order an Isolation Meal Box to be delivered so that you receive food and liquids to insure your recovery.

• Please complete the Isolation Meal Box Request Form. Should you not have email access please call Sodexo at (715)425-3274 and they will complete the online request for you.
• Isolation Meals consist of a pre-determined menu based upon a recommended diet of clear liquids and foods best tolerated for those with flu-like symptoms. The student requesting the Isolation Meal will self select from two menu options: Stage One – for most severe symptoms or Stage Two – when symptoms begin to subside. All menu items are shelf stable and easily stored and prepared in individual rooms with refrigerator and microwave.
• There is only one Isolation Meal Box delivery per person per day. Each box includes food and beverages for 3 meals.
• Isolation Meals ordered Monday-Friday before 3:00pm will be delivered by UC staff.
  
• Isolation Meals ordered Monday-Friday between 3:00-6:00pm, on weekends or holidays will be delivered by your residence hall staff.  Hall staff will be contacted during Riverside Commons hours of operation for pickup and delivery.
• Please note: If the request is received after 6:00pm, delivery will be made the following morning.  After 9:00am on weekdays or 10:30am on weekends.
• Our goal is to deliver the Isolation Meal within 1 1/2 hour of your request.
  
• Isolation Meals will be delivered to your residence hall and room.
  
• By completing the Isolation Meal Box Request Form you are authorizing Dining Services to deduct three meal plan meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner, from your plan.  Weekends, two meals will be deducted, brunch and dinner, from your plan.
  
• A new Isolation Meal Request Box Form must be completed for each day an Isolation Meal Box is being requested.
