Facilities Management manages the distribution and maintenance of building keys on the UWRF Campus.  

• A Key Request Form can be completed, signed, and sent to Facilities Management via campus mail. 

• Please include a Room Number on the Form.   Requests will be delayed if omitted.
  

• An email will be sent when keys are ready.  ID is required for Key pick-up. 

• Swipe Card issues should be directed to DoTS.
  

• If you have lost a key, contact University Police at 715-425-3133.
