Dale Braun has been the campus planner at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls since 1986. Dale provides leadership in space planning and management, capital budget development, master planning, and major building project development and management. He has experience in environmental affairs, real estate and historic preservation. He has served on many formal and ad hoc planning and administrative committees throughout his career. Dale has managed projects affecting virtually every building and department on campus.

He is a graduate of the SCUP Planning Institute (2007) and currently serves as a faculty member of the Institute. His recent planning projects include managing the Falcon Center for Health, Education and Wellness and Rodli Renovation projects; and, forecasting future instructional space demand. Dale arrived at UW-River Falls in 1979 as a student, graduating with a BS degree in geography and history with an emphasis in cartography which led him to his career in planning.
