As the West Side Area Coordinator, Tracy is responsible for creating and administering a comprehensive living-learning environment for the west campus residence halls. Along with the East Area Coordinator, Tracy hires, trains and supervises Hall Managers and Resident Assistants. She works with hall operations, programs and services, and meets with students regarding policy violation and behavioral concerns. Tracy currently serves as the advisor for the Residence Hall Association (RHA) on campus. Tracy received her Master's degree in College Student Development and Administration from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and has been working in the residence life field for 7 years.
