After earning my B. S. degree from UWRF, I worked in marketing and property management for a St. Paul real estate development firm that specialized in historic rehab.
Later I returned to UWRF to be closer to home while raising my boys, and I have enjoyed working half-time in History and Philosophy since 1996. For the other half of each day I can be found in the Department of Journalism and Marketing Communications.
I am also an independent marketing director for Shaklee corporation--a 50-year-old health and wellness company with a conscience!
In my "spare time" I enjoy performing Irish and classical music on flute and penny whistle, gardening, writing, photography and traveling (especially to Ireland!).
