Parker houses 266 residents. It is conveniently located close to east area parking, basketball and tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, and is within close walking distance of the intramural fields. Parker has seven Resident Assistants and one Hall Manager.
Parker has several first year communities, that are a very popular choice for first year students. The staff of Parker warmly welcome new students and have programs designed to specifically meet their needs.
Parker Hall, built in 1967, was named after Warren G. Parker, who served as the first President when the new Normal School opened in 1875.
