Summer Hall

All housing for Summer 2013 is available in Jesse H. Ames Suites, which is air conditioned.

Eligibility

UWRF does not offer guest housing on-campus with the exception of the following:

• Guests participating in an event sponsored by UWRF
• Family members participating in UWRF New Student Registration

Room Rates

Single rooms not guaranteed: Single rooms are only a preference, as we cannot guarantee we will have space.

* Linen includes: 2 sheets, bedspread, pillow, pillowcase, washcloth, towel, soap.

Requesting a Room

Summer housing dates: Between May 26 and August 9 are summer dates that guests can request an on-campus room. We cannot house any person/groups of people after Friday, August 9 as we need to prepare our halls for the Academic Year after that date.

Room Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: Times will be from 6:00pm - 9:00pm on any day of the week as this is when the Summer Hall desk is open.

Check-out: The Summer staff will instruct you on proper check-out procedures.

Important Dates

Sat, May 18 - Mon, June 3, Hot water unavailable, as the campus boiler will be shut down for maintenance.

Sun, May 19, 7am-2pm: Scheduled power outage.

Friday, August 9, Summer housing ends for guests/groups: We cannot house guests/groups starting August 10, as all halls are being prepared for the Academic Year starting this date.
