The University of Wisconsin – River Falls (UWRF) invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor in the Agricultural Economics Department. Strong interest in and ability to teach undergraduates in one or more of the following areas: farm business management, agricultural finance, agricultural risk management, and/or agricultural marketing. This is a full-time, 9-month, tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level, with a standard teaching load of 12 credit hours per semester. The successful candidate will be supervised by the chair of UWRF's Agricultural Economics Department. Compensation commensurate with qualifications, including education and experience.
There are over 160 Agricultural Business majors in the Department of Agricultural Economics. The department currently has five full-time faculty. The department is one of five within the College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences, which has a total enrollment of over 1,300 undergraduate students.
