We know that the orientation you receive in your first weeks on campus will be critical for both your happiness and future success here. This page provides helpful links and information about how we 'on-board' at UWRF, as well as other critical information you need to get started as a member of the UWRF community.
Meet with HR Manager to complete new hire paperwork. These meetings take place every Monday in 218 North Hall at the following times:
- LTE, 8:30-9:30 a.m.
- Classified Permanent, 9:30-10:30 a.m.
- Unclassified, 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Please attend on or before your first day.
*Please bring valid document(s) that can verify your identity and authorization to work.
Starting on Day 1, meet with your supervisor to begin department and job orientation. Your supervisor will go through the New Employee Orientation Checklist, along with the Job Safety Checklist if your role warrants it. Departmental onboarding and orientation is expected to continue into at least the first month.
