Student Organizations

Get involved. Network. Build your resume.

Students are encouraged to develop socially and professionally through participation in professional clubs and other organizations. This participation will enable students to meet others with the same goals and to develop professional contacts and relationships.

These opportunities include:

  • Earth Consciousness Organization (ECO)
  • Resource Management Club
  • Alpha Zeta Honor Society
  • Chainsaw Competition
  • Wildfire Suppression Crew

The CAFES Student Advisory Council, UW-RF Student Senate, and student membership in faculty committees provide additional opportunities to participate in CAFES or campus-wide policy and decision-making processes. Many of these opportunities can be learned about in the Leadership Center located in the Hagestad Student Center.
