Registration

To register for the event, please download and complete the registration form here.

Interested teams are asked to complete and return the registration form and a check made out to the UW-River Falls by the registration deadline of Friday, January 11, 2013.

Any interested teams that register after the deadline are subject to a late fee of $25.

UW-River Falls reserves the right to restrict the total number of teams based on available space; admission will be on a first-come, first-serve basis up to 40 teams. In order to accommodate more schools, we will limit any one school to a maximum of three teams.

Team Check-In

There will be a table in the University Center lobby for coaches to check-in upon their arrival on the morning of competition. If you have final questions about events or scheduling, we will have people available to assist you. Your home room will be available any time after 7:00 am. Impound opens at 7:45 AM and closes at 8:30 AM.

Printers

Did you forget to print out something vital? Coaches can do a limited amount of emergency printing in Centennial Science Hall, Room 102.

General Schedule

Competition begins promptly at 8:30 AM. There will be six competition periods, each lasting 50 minutes. This allows 10 minutes travel time between events, which is the time allowed between courses for students at UWRF. The University Center, Centennial Science Hall, and the Agricultural Science Building are close together and 10 minutes should be adequate.  

Following the last competition period, Science Spectacular Show in the Ballroom in the University Center. The show will begin at 2:45 p.m.

The Awards Ceremony will also be in the University Center Ballroom, immediately after the conclusion of the Science Spectacular Show. The Awards Ceremony will begin at 3:30 p.m. to allow for completion of scoring.
