Extensive production services equipment is available for use across campus. Please include your equipment needs in your request for space to Campus Reservations mail . An equipment quotation with specific prices can be developed for your event.

Catering

University Center is a contracted food service area. This contract requires all food service in University Center to be provided by the University food service contractor - Sodexo. No outside food or beverages may be brought into the facility for distribution at your event.

Try out Sodexo's online catering ordering process link or you can contact Sodexo at catering@uwrf.edu mail for assistance with food or beverages at your event.

Can we have alcohol at an event?

An alcohol request form needs to be filled out a minimum of 30 days before the event. There are also special limitations on the amount of alcohol that can be served. Please contact catering@uwrf.edu mail for more information.

Parking and Security

Security is a special service contact information for rooms and spaces NOT administered by Campus Reservations. For more information about unlocking buildings or rooms (and locking after an event), visit the University Police website.

Contact the Parking Office to request a parking pass for a performer or guest speaker.

Technology Services

Visit the DoTS website to view their services regarding reservations for computer labs, audio/visual equipment, and podiums in classroom spaces. Information about television and video services are also covered.
