Staff will be available in the Foundation Office up until 4:30p.m. on Monday, December 31st; you will need to enter the building through the South entrance of South Hall. Make Your Gift of Stock or Securities: Due to the high volumes of transfer requests made during the holiday season and calendar year-end, please plan to communicate your gift request to your broker by December 10th to allow enough time for year end processing. For tax purposes, the gift date is the date that the recipient organization receives the securities, not the date that the donor makes the initial request. When making your gift, please complete and fax or mail the following form to our office so that we may anticipate your gift. The fax number is (715) 425-3506.

Gifts may be subject to an administrative assessment.
We understand that the date of a gift becomes a concern for individuals at calendar year end. Please note that the date on your receipt reflects when the foundation processed your gift, and does not imply the date your gift was made. While you should consult with your CPA or tax advisor to determine the tax consequences of your donation, the date you delivered or mailed your donation is generally recognized as the gift date. The determination of the contribution date is entirely your decision. Please contact our office if you have any questions.
