Finals Fest Update
Thursday, May 9th Update:
The staff in the Office of Student Life have worked very hard yesterday into the evening to confirm a new lineup for the live music portion of Finals Fest tomorrow in the University Center. The lineup is:
5:00pm Food & Fun
7:00pm Bad Habits Brass
8:30pm Farewell Milwaukee
9:30pm Joey Ryan and the Inks
We are very excited to have such great bands playing Finals Fest on such short notice! We hope to see you all in the University Center tomorrow!!
Wednesday, May 8th Update:
Due to unforeseen circumstances, Gin Wigmore will no longer be performing Friday, May 10th at UW-River Falls. We will continue to have Food & Fun at 5:00pm in the University Center followed by live music.
We hope you will continue to make plans to join us!
Tuesday, May 7th Update:
The lineup for Finals Fest 2013 has been confirmed. Please see the schedule below and make sure to tell your friends to come see the show! All events will be held in the University Center.

Monday, May 6th Update:
American Idol winner Phillip Phillips has canceled his concert at UW-River Falls due to ill health.
UWRF Student Life is working with Phillips' tour management to reschedule the concert, if possible.
Phillips was scheduled to play at the Wall Amphitheatre on Friday, May 10th.
According to the Creative Artists Agency, "Due to several medical reasons, Phillip Phillips will not be able to conclude his remaining tour dates in May. He looks forward to getting healthy, seeing everyone on the John Mayer tour this summer, and rescheduling the shows he missed for the fall."
In true Finals Fest tradition, UWRF will still offer live music, food, henna, and games in the University Center on Friday, May 10th. Food and fun begin at 5:00pm with free live music to follow. Bands and times will be announced this week on the UWRF website and the UWRF Student Life Facebook page.

Finals Fest 2013
Finals Fest 2013 will feature Phillip Phillips and special guest Gin Wigmore on Friday, May 10.
Food and Fun at 5 p.m.
Music begins at 8 p.m.
Location: Melvin Wall Amphitheatre (Outdoor venue so dress accordingly!)
Rain Site: Knowles Center
This event is free and open to the public.

Directions
From the West (Minneapolis/St. Paul):
Take 94 East to exit 3 (35 South). Take the first exit for River Fall, take a right at the top of the ramp, and continue towards Main Street. Continue on Main Street and follow the concert parking signs- will be on your left.
From the East (Eau Claire, Menomonie):
Take 94 West to exit 10 (65 South). Take a left at the top of the ramp towards River Falls. Once you reach River Falls, continue straight and 65 will turn into Main Street. Continue on Main Street and follow the concert parking signs- will be on your left.
