• METER CITATIONS ARE NOT APPEALABLE TO THE PARKING COMMITTEE.
• Malfunctioning meter appeals must be received within 14 days of the violation. The Parking Department recommends these appeals be turned in immediately, as meters can resume to proper working condition prior to diagnosis. Appeals will not be accepted after the 14 day deadline.
• You will be notified of the result of Parking Department by mail or email.
• The decision of the Parking Department is binding for the appellant.
• Denied appeals must be paid by the date specified in the hearing result letter to avoid fine escalation.
• Appeal is not complete until the "Submit" button has been clicked.
