Men
Mars Delgado (Fr., Northfield, Minn.) was one of the team's leaders in UWRF's 132-89 win over Lawrence on Saturday. Delgado, 6-0, won two events in the team's win. He won the 100 free in 51.34 and the 50 free in 22.97. He was also a member of the 200 medley relay team that placed first in 1:43.45.

Women
Alyssa Adair (Sr., Maplewood, Minn. Hill-Murray HS)
helped lead the Falcons to a 120-75 win over Lawrence University on Saturday. Adair, 5-8, won two events in the meet. She won the 1,000 free in 11:52.34 and the 100 yard backstroke in 1:06.97.

Men
Kevin O’Brien (Sr., Hastings, Minn.) set a school record in the team’s 151-110 win at Macalester on Friday night. O’Brien set the record in the 100 fly and finished first with a time of 54.2. He also won the 200 IM in 2:11.44 and the 50 fly in 24.77. O’Brien, 5-10, was also part of the 200 medley relay team that placed first in 1:45.75.

Women
Hannah Wiseman (Fr., Chippewa Falls, Wis.)
had some great races in the team’s dual meet at Macalester on Friday night. Wiseman, 5-4, won the 1,000 free in 11:31.5 and her time is the fourth fastest in school history. She also placed second in the 100 back in 1:05.81 and third in the 200 back in 2:26.11. Wiseman was also the 400 free relay team’s lead off swimmer and helped the team to a first place finish in 4:03.24.

Women
Emily Stein (Jr., Taylors Falls, Minn. Chisago Lakes HS) )
and Hannah Wiseman (Fr., Chippewa Falls, Wis.) both swam well for the Falcons at the team’s season-opening meet at St. Mary’s on Saturday. Stein won the 100 butterfly in 1:08.31 and she placed second in the 50 backstroke in 33.33. Wiseman placed first in three events – the 50 free in 26.99, the 100 free in 59.72 and the 100 backstroke in 1:06.82.

Men
Mels Delgado (Fr., Northfield, Minn.) and Ray Carlos (So., Bloomington, Minn. Kennedy HS) both had some strong swims at the team’s season-opening meet at St. Mary’s on Saturday. Delgado, 6-0, won two events for the Falcons. He won the 100 free in 52.87 and the 50 free in 23.56. Carlos won the 200 free in 1:59.44 and the 100 breaststroke in 1:09.41.
