Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration Office

Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration David Ruhland is responsible for the business and finance areas and resources that serve the core operating needs of UW-River Falls in support of the university's mission. 

Areas of responsibility include Accounting and Finance, Budget Office, Human Resources, Risk Management, CHILD Care Center, Police and Parking, and Project Management.

The vice chancellor for finance and administration serves as the Chief Business Officer and the Public Record Custodian of the university.
