UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN River Falls
The CHILD (Creative Hours in Learning Development) Center operates within the Division of Finance and Administration and is also a component of the College of Education, Business and Allied Health. The center is licensed by the State of Wisconsin, serving children six weeks through 5 years of age. Hours are 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, year-round.
It is the intention of the CHILD Center to provide quality care to the children of students, faculty/staff and to the community at a reasonable cost. The center also serves as a fieldwork site for programs including early childhood, elementary education, communication sciences and disorders, social work, and counseling and school psychology. We believe that children learn through active interaction with their environment, peers and nurturing caregivers, recognizing the individual needs and nature of each child.
We are the only accredited child care facility in River Falls. Learn more about our Cognia accreditation.
Please contact the center at 715-425-0656 to inquire about enrollment.
