Employees: Add or Update Your Phone Number Listing

 

NOTE: New employees are asked to use this process to list their preferred phone number in the directory. 

Each employee decides whether to include their private number or their departmental number on their profile. New employees should consult with other staff in their area for guidance on what their department recommends.

  • To add or update your work phone listing, start the process by visiting my.uwrf.edu
  • Select "Personal Information"
  • Select "Update personal information" link
  • Select UW-River Falls > Go
  • Select Contact Details
  • Choose the business phone number, make the change and save.
  • Changes will appear in the online directory either mid-afternoon or the following morning.
