Manage and provide leadership for the TRIO Upward Bound program at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls so that its goals and objectives are met through rigorous evaluation; administering the program, including the hiring and supervision of staff, disbursement of budget, designing and implementing the summer program, and representing the program to the university community, the St. Paul School District, the Department of Education, and other interested groups.
