Chancellor speaks in support of change to Wisconsin-Minnesota tuition reciprocity agreement
June 8, 2023 – University of Wisconsin-River Falls Chancellor Maria Gallo testified in Madison Thursday in support of changing the state’s tuition reciprocity agreement with Minnesota, saying the legislation would enable Wisconsin universities to pay for enhanced student learning opportunities.
 
Meat-ing a need: UW-River Falls program trains animal processors
June 15, 2023 - Students working in the University of Wisconsin-River Falls Meat Processing Plant had done everything they were supposed to do, had taken every step needed to ensure that animals awaiting processing were as calm as possible. Then the unexpected happened during the processing of beef cattle on March 30.

UW-River Falls to reinstate baseball, add men’s soccer as varsity sports
June 1, 2023 - The University of Wisconsin-River Falls will reintroduce baseball and add men’s soccer as varsity sports beginning in the 2024-25 school year, part of the university’s plan to attract and retain more students on campus.
