UW-River Falls adds online business administration major

Aug. 6, 2024 - The University of Wisconsin-River Falls will offer a fully online business administration major beginning fall 2024. The College of Education, Business and Allied Health ‘s (CEBAH) School of Business and Economics (SBE) will be home to the asynchronous program designed to provide students with a flexible, high-quality education that meets the demands of today’s dynamic business environment.

The major’s online delivery method is tailored to accommodate the diverse needs of modern learners, including working professionals, transfer students and those balancing family commitments. The program combines UWRF’s commitment to academic excellence with the convenience of online learning, allowing students to complete courses in the major from anywhere in the world.

 “This is a new and significant addition to our portfolio of undergraduate programs because it allows all students, both traditional and working adults, the opportunity to complete a business degree regardless of where they live or work,” said Muhammad Chishty, CEBAH dean. “The classes are offered fully online in accelerated eight-week long sessions throughout the year, giving them tremendous flexibility in selecting classes while maintaining the desired work-life balance in their lives.”
