My Permit Lot Is Full

If you have an annual permit and there is not space available in your permited lot, Submit this form and park in the alternate lot for your permit type. Please check the lot for space each day, moving your vehicle to the correct location as soon as space is available. Please complete the form only once each day. Parking in a location other than your alternate may result in a citation. Any lot not listed must contact the Parking Office for an alternate location.
