Starting April 26, 2024 the Graduation Application Fee will be changed to a Records and Grad Fee which will be assessed at the completion of 90 credits for undergraduate bachelor degree seeking students, 45 credits for associate degree seeking students, and 15 credits for graduate degree seeking students. This fee supports the degree audit software and course scheduling tool, diploma, mailing of the diploma, diploma cover, honors cords, and costs associated with the commencement ceremonies. The Records and Grad Fee is a non-refundable fee.
Important dates:
January 22 - First day of classes
January 26 - Last day to add or drop an open Regular Session or Session A class without instructor and advisor signature
February 9 - Last day to drop a regular and Session A course without a W
February 16 - Graduation application deadline to participate in the Spring 2024 Commencement Ceremony
March 1 - Last day to withdraw from all courses on your Spring 2024 class schedule without "W's" noted on transcript
March 11 - Session B begins
March 11 - Summer registration begins
March 15 - Last day to add or drop an open Session B class without instructor and advisor signature
March 16-22 - Spring Break
April 1 - Graduation application deadline, not participating in the Spring 2024 Commencement Ceremony
April 5 - Fall 2024 registration begins
April 5 - Last day to drop a regular session class for academic reasons before a late drop is required
April 5 - Last day to drop a Session B class without a "W" being noted on a transcript
May 3 - Last Day of classes
May 4 - Spring 2024 Commencement
May 4 - Final Exam Day for Saturday Classes
May 6-9 - Final Exams
May 16 - Grades due
