Starting April 26, 2024 the Graduation Application Fee will be changed to a Records and Grad Fee which will be assessed at the completion of 90 credits for undergraduate bachelor degree seeking students, 45 credits for associate degree seeking students, and 15 credits for graduate degree seeking students. This fee supports the degree audit software and course scheduling tool, diploma, mailing of the diploma, diploma cover, honors cords, and costs associated with the commencement ceremonies. The Records and Grad Fee is a non-refundable fee.
Important dates:
September 3 - First day of classes
September 9 - Last day to add or drop an open Regular Session or Session A class without instructor and advisor signature
September 23 - Last day to drop a regular and Session A course without a W
September 27 - Graduation application deadline to participate in the Fall 2024 Commencement Ceremony
October 14 - Last day to withdraw from all courses on your Fall 2024 class schedule without "W's" noted on transcript
October 21 - J-Term registration begins
October 22 - Session B begins
October 24 - 25 - Fall Break
October 30 - Last day to add or drop an open Session B class without instructor and advisor signature
November 1 - Graduation application deadline, not participating in the Fall 2024 Commencement Ceremony
November 8 - Spring 2025 registration begins
November 13 - Last day to drop a regular session class for academic reasons before a late drop is required
November 13 - Last day to drop a Session B class without a "W" being noted on a transcript
November 28 - 29 - Thanksgiving Break
December 13 - Last Day of classes
December 14 - Fall 2024 Commencement
December 14 - Final Exam Day for Saturday Classes
December 16-19 - Final Exams
December 30 - Grades due
