Health and Wellness Management

PLEASE NOTE: The bachelor of science degree in Health and Wellness Management is no longer accepting applications or admitting new students.

Students can still apply to the master's degree in Health and Wellness Management.

This program is designed for human resources administrators, insurance professionals, nurses, fitness coaches, health educators or health promoters who are responsible for workplace wellness programs.

Program Curriculum

Apply any transferable college credits or your associate degree from an accredited institution to your degree plan and then take the following required courses to earn your bachelor's degree.

Tuition and Financial Aid

Tuition rates can be found here. Students who take at least six credits each term may be eligible for financial aid.

Admissions Requirements

Qualified applicants to this program will have:

Associate degree or college-level credits from an accredited institution;
A grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 or better; and
Completion of prerequisite courses: introductory courses in psychology, biology, speech/communications, and English composition.

You may apply and begin the program with the start of any term. Complete a UW System application online, pay the processing fee, and have official transcripts sent directly to UW-River Falls from the colleges and universities that you have previously attended.
