• Student Billing office hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm.
• Course registration for a future term will be allowed if you have a balance due of less than $500.

Billing Reminders

• Fall bills are available on eSIS. Select the Billing Statement link in the Finances section of your eSIS Student Center.
• Fall tuition and fees are due Friday, September 27.
• A 1.25% per month finance charge will continue to be assessed each month that the balance is not paid. Undisbursed or pending financial aid will not be deducted when calculating the finance charge.
• Adding and dropping classes may alter the billed amount. Please contact the Student Billing Office to learn how your bill would be effected by an add/drop.

Last Day to Drop for a Tuition and Segregated Fee Refund - Fall 2024

• September 9 - Last Day to Drop a Session A Course for 100% Refund
• September 16 - Last Day to Drop a Session A Course for a 50% Refund
• September 16 - Last Day to Drop a Semester Course for a 100% Refund
• September 30 - Last Day to Drop a Semester Course for a 50% Refund
• October 28 - Last Day to Drop a Session B Course for a 100% Refund
• November 4 - Last Day to Drop a Session B Course for a 50% Refund

You can drop a course by logging into your eSIS account through Monday, September 9, 2023. After that date, you will need to use the online Add/Drop form, which can be found on the Registrar's webpage. Be sure to check your schedule after making any changes to confirm the updates.
