UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN River Falls
Textbooks may be returned throughout the semester in person at the Textbook Services Help Desk (room 241 Chalmer Davee Library.) Returns after hours may be returned to the Textbook Services drop boxes. Textbooks returned to the drop boxes may take several days to be checked in.
Fines for late or damaged textbooks and payment for replacing lost or destroyed textbooks can be done in one of three ways:
*Do not mail cash or credit card information.
**We cannot accept credit card payments over the phone.
The rental fee for undergraduate students is included in your tuition and fees you pay each semester. This allows you to check out the books you need for the semester from Textbook Services.

Your student ID card or another form of photo ID is REQUIRED when you pick up your textbooks.
While an ID card is not required to return books, it helps the process go faster.
The expanded hours at the beginning and end of the semester allow for the increased volume of business during textbook issue and return. Arranging to pick up and return your textbooks during "off hours," when there are likely to be fewer other students also wishing to pick up and return textbooks, may save you time spent waiting in line.
