Guided meditation can strengthen the areas of your brain responsible for memory, learning, attention and self-awareness and can help calm down your sympathetic nervous system. Over time, mindful meditation can increase cognition, memory and attention. Scientific studies prove that meditation results in a better flow of blood to the brain, relaxing muscles and decreasing stress hormones. This rest leads to a quick rejuvenation of one’s mind and body, leaving you healed from the effects of fatigue, stress and tension.
