  • Well Wisconsin Incentive
    • The Well Wisconsin Incentive program is a voluntary program available to employees, retirees, and spouses enrolled in the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program.  More information on this or other employee benefits, email jennifer.friedman@uwrf.edu or call 715-425-3621.
    • State Group Health enrollees are eligible to receive a $150 gift card through the Well Wisconsin Incentive program by completing these three activities before mid-October:
      • Take the online health assessment
      • Complete a health check (biometric screening, a dental exam, or one coaching session)
      • Register for a free on-site health screening here at UWRF! Thursday, Sept. 7, between 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
      • Complete a well-being activity

  • Well Wisconsin is a partnership between the State of Wisconsin and WebMD to help you bring out your best. Simply register to explore Well Wisconsin programs and services including Wellness Videos that cover topics from delicious recipes and exercise tips to sleep, stress, health conditions, and diseases; podcasts for every aspect of wellness, and many other well-being tools.
  • Employee Assistance Program is offered at no cost, to work with you to find the most appropriate resources to meet your needs. The EAP website is an interactive web-based, self-service solution, providing a wide array of life management tools to help you with a variety of personal and/or work-related issues in a private and convenient manner. Use company code SOWI and register at MyLifeExpert. Here you’ll find free, confidential resources including access to local counselors, or visit the Legal and Financial Resource Center.
