During the academic year, we are open Monday - Friday, with appointment hours Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm, closed on holidays.

During the summer semester (May 20 - Aug 23, 2024), we are open Monday - Friday, with appointments hours Monday - Thursday, 8am - 4pm and Friday appointments from 8am - 11:30am, closed on holidays.

When emailing to set up an appointment, please include:

• Your name and if you are the student, parent, or other
• Student ID number if known (begins with a "w")
• Phone number in case we need to contact you
• Brief description of your question(s), i.e., about a certain type of aid, filling out the FAFSA, where your aid is, what's the status of your aid, or other question
• A few different days and times that you are available

If one of the times you've suggested are available, we will schedule you in and reply to confirm. If none are available, we will reply or call to set up a different time.

Appointments are scheduled in half-hour increments.
