Department Permit Request

Department permits must be pre-authorized by the Parking Department before submitting the request.

• All department permits must be requested by the online form.
• You must click "Submit" to complete you request.
• A minimum of ten business days lead time is required for all permit requests. (allow additional time for campus mail deliveries)
