Before You Go

When traveling, it is required that system-wide travel policies are followed. 

If you are traveling to a conference as a group through the URSCA Office, please complete and submit all proper forms (on the right) prior to travel. Such conferences include but are not limited to the National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR), Posters in the Rotunda, and the UW-System Symposium. 

The travel forms are available for any mentor to use as well for travel to discipline specific conferences.

When You Return 

If you received funding for travel with an URSCA grant, a TER will likely be required. Please follow the instructions on the URSCA Forms.
