Let's Get Moving
Exercise your mind, move your body. At UWRF, you’ve got plenty of opportunities to do both. With a robust Campus Recreation program, exceptional facilities and numerous chances to get involved, you have loads of options to get moving. Play intramurals, take a yoga class, go kayaking or rent some camping gear – all this and more is possible at UWRF.

Sport Clubs
Sport clubs are the ultimate middle ground. They have a higher level of commitment and competition than intramurals, yet a lesser level than Intercollegiate Athletics.

Intramural Sports
Over 1,300 UWRF students participate in intramural sports annually. We've got everything from badminton to volleyball so keep playing an old favorite or try something new!
