To report a barrier on campus, either digital or physical, please select the relevant link and complete the form. Reports will be forwarded to the relevant department(s) for response.
Digital barriers to accessibility include, but aren't limited to:

- Social Media
- Canvas
- Computer Software
Physical barriers to accessibility include, but aren't limited to:
- Non-functioning elevator
- Door access issues
- Parking issues
- Stairs and ramps
- Snow on walkways
