Our team at the Humane Handling Institute is dedicated to enhancing the skills of industry employees and fostering consumer trust in meat processing establishments of all sizes. Our trainers are seasoned experts with extensive experience in humane animal handling and stunning. They are passionate about sharing their knowledge and ensuring that every trainee understands the importance of animal welfare.

Leads research on improving preslaughter stunning and on-farm euthanasia. Trains slaughter plant personnel on stunning and captive bolt maintenance, informed by her research.
