
Leadership Programs for Educators

Ready to take the next step in your educational leadership journey? Our superintendent certification and school supervision and instructional leadership programs offer integrated content and coursework designed to equip you with the skills needed to excel. All programs begin in June of the first year and end in August of the second year (four semesters total). Join us and transform your passion for education into impactful leadership!

Superintendent Certificate Program
Students who complete the certificate are eligible for an administrative license as a K-12 superintendent from the Wisconsin DPI. No additional degree. 30 credits.
MSE: School Supervision and Instructional Leadership
- Administrative Track: Graduates earn a master’s degree and are eligible for two administrative licenses: K-12 Principalship and K-12 Director of Instruction. 33 credits.
- Teacher Leadership Track: Graduates earn a master’s degree and are prepared as teacher leaders within their school buildings. No additional licensing. 33 credits.
